Md

Md is a community advocate and activist working across the North East region. He currently volunteers across several organisations including Citizens Advice Newcastle, Action Foundation and the Tyne and Wear Rescue and Fire Service around issues connected to welfare, cohesion and rights. Md is an active member of the Migration and Justice Forum in Newcastle who advocate for the rights of asylum seekers and refugees in the area.

Md is currently D6's Community Engagement Volunteer working closely with the team on the development of our current major programme, There is Beauty in this Journey.
