The Contested Desires programme is seeking an External Evaluation Expert with a background in cultural exchange and participation. This freelance role involves advising on data collection and contributing to programme evaluation reports.
Supported by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union, CDCD is a three-year arts and heritage programme that engages contemporary artists in exploring the complex legacy of European colonialism and its impact on our cultural identities.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Review project documentation and data
- Participate in online meetings
- Attend four project events and draft reports
- Review the Evaluation Plan and interim reports
- Draft the final evaluation report
Eligibility Criteria:
- 5+ years in project evaluation
- Experience in cultural exchange projects
- Strong communication skills
- Residency in an EU country or the UK
- Excellent English writing skills
- Flexibility to travel (Sep 2025 - Dec 2026)
