associate artists

D6’s Associate Artist is a group of  visual artists, curators and writers joining us in an expanded capacity to help influence our programme and suggest new directions of research.

We have have brought together Nicola Singh, Akeelah Bertram, Dominic Smith, Dima Karout, Degna Stone, and Henna Asikainen, to interrogate what we are doing and what we should be doing, to enter into honest discussions and actions that are mutually beneficial in our shared professional development, emotional wellbeing and connectivity as artists and producers.  This group will meet 4 times a year for critical discussion and reflections, to give us a range of different perspectives and insights on how to develop our projects.
